Golf Club Facilities and Amenities: Pelican Marsh Golf Club is a private membership facility within the 2,075-acre neighborhood of Pelican Marsh. Every detail of Pelican Marsh Golf Club is designed to provide members with an extraordinary golfing, social, and recreational experience. Annual Dining Memberships: $1,350/year *Plus 6% Sales tax Privileges: Equity Golf Members are entitled to use all of the Club facilities. Equilty Golf members are not required to pay greens fees and are afforded five-day advance starting time privileges. Non-Equity Golf Members are entitled to the same Club privileges as Equity Golf Members, however, their initiation fee is non-refundable. Equity Social Members are entitled to full dining & social privileges at the club. From November 1st through April 30th, Equity Social Members are allowed to play golf a maximum of 6 times per membership. Play is subject to available starting times and the payment of green fees and cart fees. From May 1st through October 31st Equity Social Members may golf without limitation and without payment of green fees. Equity Social Members are afforded a 3-day advanced starting time privilege. Social members have access to the practice facility year round. Annual Dining Members are entitled to dining and social privileges of the Club for the calendar year. Golf Member Usage Fee: $250* * Annually per membership (**includes bag storage, locker, handicap system. Additional fee is spouse also plays golf.) *Family Guest: Includes parents, grandparents, children, siblings & spouses of family members. Guest Fees are an all day rate. Cart fees will be paid on additional play.
